Over and above expected customer service! I went through the drive through and they forgot to put one of my meals in the bag. I drove away and realized so I called and asked if someone could bring it out because I had kids in the car and couldn't go in, and the drive through line was so long. They brought it out in seconds, and gave me a 12 count instead of an 8 count, AND even threw in a brownie! Thank you! Yall know how to make it right!
Chick-fil-A is one of the few places that always has good food and good service. People are treated as guests, not customers and that really means alot in these current times we're in.
