Our family came to enjoy dinner at your establishment this evening and we watched multiple tables get there after we did and leave prior to our meals being served. We understand you guys were slammed tonight and that gives a lot of leeway. I do want to acknowledge the server Muriel! She was not our server but went above and beyond to help us get service! The food was cold and we had to return the soup. We kept our main course so as not to be a bother. The Alfredo and broccoli looked as if it was sitting out and there was an attempt to reheat.The bread and Alfredo sauce was also hard and cold.Our waiter Austin was unwelcoming and not warm at all. Wow I can’t believe this place and all there bad reviews. Yes this is a sad restaurant to dine at never again . I live about 15 minutes away next time I’ll drive to Albuquerque. Nm Was there about a month ago . The Servuis horrible the waiter we had was rude in a hurry . I ordered an appetizer and I had a coupon from Albuquerque for a free one .
