Wow cannot describe how wonderful this litte shop is! I have been following Celina's social media for several months before I was in Albuquerque and had the time to stop in. We are staying in Albuquerque for a month, here from Michigan. I had never heard of Biscochitos. I've now try Biscochitos from multiple bakeries, and Celinas are the best, hands down. So thin an flaky, with a tiny hint of anise. OMG. Bringing them home as gifts.
