“We stopped in for brunch and some of us were disappointed because they stopped serving breakfast food right as we walked in. The food we ended up ordering was delicious. We sat outside and it was beautiful. There was live music, which was a vibe. There isn't much of a drink selection. I wanted a Sprite but they only had Diet Coke or maybe Coke Zero. I was in Mesilla visiting family and will definitely visit again the next time I'm in town.”
“The staff is amazing! The facility however could use some improvements. The main stairwell needs to be renovated to be authentic Hacienda Style. The toilets in the guest rooms are too low and the armoires do not allow for long clothing to be stored Handheld shower heads would be a great improvement as well as a small refrigerator. Overall the excellent staff makes up for poor aesthetics.Rooms: Nice but a little outdated. Toliets to low to ground.Food & drinks: Excellent Food!”
“Very nice Mexican restaurant with close parking in the back. In a historic building in Mesilla, oldest town in New Mexico.Parking: Parking in rear of the building, but looks like the front.Kid-friendliness: Lots of cute kids items scattered through out the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Our friend is handicapped and had no problem getting in and out of the restaurant.”
“You asked me dear friend 2017 while at Palacios if I would ever move to Las Cruces when driving through from Seattle to see family in Texas. It's now 2024, I live off main street, hoping to run into you, but now you're buried at Hillcrest (Same name of your highschool in Dallas). Gone too soon at 33 from cancer. I'll try to do many things while here that you can no longer do. I'll do them in hopes of making you proud. Rest well Maria.Thank you for the memories Palacios.”
“Hidden gem! Great ambience! Excellent wait staff! This was our first visit but we will definitely return! Dinner for 2. We had a cheese board (charcuterie, nosh or whatever) and petite filets.”
“The meals are very beautifully prepared and delicious. A real treasure on the square in Old Mesilla.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options. The decaf coffee is delicious!”
“This is the quintessential dive bar. You can see the history in the walls. You know what to expect. Burrito lady walking around with burritos was awesome late at night and quite tasty. Wish they had better tequila options, but hey...”
“the server, John, was a very good waiter. the pineapple topped salmon was OHMYGOODNESS good! the beef in the fajitas was NOT good. very bland and slightly tough. and the coconut Flan was good. all in all, a good experience. you can't win them all.”
“My son and I typically go through the drive thru for burritos before work/school and it’s always quick and delicious . The couple of times I’ve dined in, it has been delicious and their prices are affordable. The huevos rancheros with green chile are my fave! Friendly atmosphere and clean!”
“Pleasant discovery!Lalo himself greeted us and carefully explained the menu. It is a Mexican food truck par excellence!Everything was served very hot and fresh. We had the asada tacos and some fries with a side of rajas. Complimentary Buenelos! Just wonderful.Seating is rustic and parking is on street, but worth the culinary experience. We will definitely be back for more and bring some friends and family with us.”
“We stopped in for lunch and had a wonderful meal. You can eat inside or outside. The dinning room is small but that adds to the charm of the place. I had the Mexican Mollete which I have never had before. It was delicious. My wife had the Pozole which was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go here again when we are in town.”
“Tonight my Boyfriend and I went here for dinner after just yesterday trying D.H. Lescombes for lunch for the first time. Dinner was even better than Lunch, our waiter treated us phenomenally, it was the best service either of us could recall ever having. If you visit Las Cruces, dine here and ask for Eve!”
“This is my favorite place to hang out! Best Matcha, coffee and chai! And you can buy a box of their coffee for the office, which they'll deliver!Frankie and Leilani are so friendly and really make you feel welcome! The Saturday night salons are always fun and entertaining! With live music every Saturday during the farmers market, Friday mornings and the Wednesday morning musician and writer gatherings there's always something going on! Not to mention the selection of vinyls, cool vintage shirts and clothes and the thrift store in the back, there's not another place like it in town!”
“Great , I mean REALLY GREAT thoughtful original dishes prepared to perfection.Vegetarian options: I don't remember all the names but there are at least 4 great entrees plus pancakes so it is pretty comprehensive. The fruit that comes with the spinach keish is plentiful and fresh! This place is a winner for vegetarians and those that aren't. I will become a regular at this place.Parking: At peak times it can be harder to find a spot in the lot , but just park legally on the side street on the south side of the parking lot . Pro Tip: You may have to go a bit down that street to find parking.”
“Wonderful pizza. Get the Tiffany pizza. You will love it. Also the Greek salad.Vegetarian options: Greek salad.Parking: Tiffany pizza is in an office complex so plenty of parking.”
“Great place , excellent food , but I wish they didn't use fabulouso.to clean because I can smell it. BTW Vinegar and water works just as well and is WAY CHEAPER. But really great food and nice people.Vegetarian options: Chile Rellanos, Chiles Quiles , Vegetarian Fajitas. There were some other things like guacamole and the chips and salsa are really good.”
“This place is awesome. They remember their customers and their service is always friendly. Their food is delicious. I especially recommend the ramen. Their coconut sake is great too!”
“The entire environment is a welcoming and uplifting vibe. The food is unique, their pizza is made in a brick oven. Overall it's an experience to be had at any given time of the day, should you need a moment to yourself, a good time with a date or a fun place with friends ?”
“Can't go wrong here, from the burritos to enchilada trays. Their salsa rocks and the tostadas are the best! Tamales were kinda too much masa but were very tasty.”
“Tired for the first time today. Food is great. I think staff could be a little better, I walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged- a missed opportunity to sell products, or the idea of ordering a week’s worth, options for purchasing, etc. no different than walking into a gas station to buy something. Interestingly, when you pay at the end, they ask how much of a tip you want to leave.”
“Great experience here! Dining room clean, comfortable and accommodating of little ones. Excellent food with vegan options. Great service. The lentil soup was awesome and a great touch. I highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Lentil soup, fajitas, enchiladasKid-friendliness: Plenty of boosters and high chairs and a great kid menu”
“Food was delicious, perfectly spiced and seasoned. Had the butter chicken, chicken curry including salad, rice, naan bread, dessert, and complimentary chai tea. Fixed menu allows for fast service and the hostess was kind and helpful. They close at 5pm but allowed us to stay and eat at our leisure. Found the large screen music videos distracting. I think the ambiance would be better if there was just some soft music playing. You get a lot of food for the price. Will definitely come again when in the mood for Indian food.Vegetarian options: There were plenty of options when it comes to vegetarian dishes. All of the vegetarian parts of my meal tasted great.Parking: Parking is mostly on the side but there is room both in front and in back of the building.Kid-friendliness: The menu I was given was not kid-friendly. They do have a cheaper meal option that includes a smaller portion but I saw no kids menu.”
“JeongsukahThe 7th International Film Festival will be held in Las Cruces from April 3rd to 7th. Sponsored by NMSU for large-scale events. Participants: It looks like acquaintances from the film industry from other cities are coming again this week. Prepare a plentiful meal as you may be crowded at the rendezvous. Awesome? My sister is currently in El Paso for a while. love youbless youMyeongju unnie03.24.24 2015 MDT”
“Best tasting hamburgers ever. I remember when I was a kid getting the bulletin for a coupon for the burgers. Reminds me of my family. Burger Nook brings people together!!”
“It’s always a treat to eat at Si Senor. We like their complimentary chips with 4 salsas. We almost always come for the Friday Seafood soup and their flagship Amber beer, but in the process introduced to the Si Senor Brand Beer called Delirium. It’s has a hint of red wine flavor, but higher in alcohol content, that’s why they served it 9 ounces at a time. It is delicious and a must to try.”
“Amazing! I'm usually on the fence about Greek food but this place showed me that it is wonderful. Everything was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. The mains were great, the sides were great, the service was great. I have no complaints at all. Definitely coming back!”
“I have been going here since I was in high school and moved away to my hometown. I came back to visit and brought my son with me and it’s still as delicious as I remembered. I could not thank the staff enough for allowing my son to have his ice cream, not just once or twice, they have given my son a third ice cream since he dropped the first two. It may seem like a prank, but my son was really upset at himself before dropping the ice creams and they are so kind to give him a third one and it made his day! Thank you so much, Caliches! Will come back again!”
“Great place for some authentic food with a ton of classics available. The Carne Adovada was amazing! Just the right kick with delicious meat and yummy beans and rice. The salsa bar is also really cool.”
“Always consistent, friendly staff. Everytime I come in to visit family from Arizona, it's a must stop for cookies, pastries and the pink cake..been around forever. Parking sucks but the treats are ”
“I love having senior menu options! Their beans and rice are always consistently good. I had the beef flautas, and the fried corn tortillas they are wrapped in are always easy to chew as they are made thinner, never tough.”
