We go here every Wednesday night. We love Karen and Joy that walk around the lobby. Our little boy Charlie loves to give Karen a hug. The food is great services is amazing. Great job!!!
She wasn’t being rude necessarily and it wasn’t terrible customer service, but it definitely wasn’t the great customer service. I’m used to getting from Chick-fil-A‘s. I don’t know if it was my broke down car I have to open the door because my window doesn’t workor me changing my mind on my drink that instantly made her despise me.

I like Chick-fil-A but I'm tired of this location screwing up our orders. We literally just left, I asked for unsweetened tea- they gave a sweet tea! No sauce for our nuggets, again AND we have 3 napkins for 4 meals. Last time my son ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and when we got home, it was crispy. Also I ordered a salad and there was no dressing or fork. This is like the 4th time in a row our order wasn't correct. I'm pregnant and really like the fries but I'm over this!
