Went in today.. I could not believe the dining room was still closed.. ridiculous . The customer service was good. I will not be coming back. Let’s move on people!!
Placed an order online (they don't let you remove items from your bagels, or a place for a side note). Called in immediately upon replacing the order to have them take capers off of my bagels, and they say they can't change orders once they're processed online. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially with how awfully difficult it is to remove something like capers once they're put on. I feel that a cup of coffee, a bagel, & a smear shouldn't cost over 8.50$ The tables are never wiped, employees are slow to acknowledge customers, they don't listen to preferences & chairs are very uncomfortable! I asked for my smear to be on the side & they elected to ignore the request. For years I boycotted the location because once I ordered a dozen bagels & the employee refused to halve them for me!
