There is only 3 employees working behind the counter, and as busy as you can imagine! each and every one of the employees were eager and happy to help with whatever ridiculous questions I had about the menu, while working the drive thru and answering the phone without being irritated or frustrated! I believe the manager on hand is LUIS and the other employee I spoke with her name was marina she was so helpful!
Great food and great service. Of course I liked my husbands plate beer than mine. But that’s not due to the establishment error. That’s just usual for my taste buds, lol. Atmosphere gets a 4 only because the smell of the old building is not very pleasant when you walk in but I’ll look past that since the Rio Rancho location on high resort is my favorite as far as food taste and service.

Good food. Just a bummer their customer service, and wait times are terrible. You wait forever for your food. I go to Stripes all of the time. Stripes has you out with delicious food fast! I gone to stripes with ten or more cars in the line and you’re out within minutes. Twisters has nobody in the line and you will wait 20 minutes!
