So I had the lobster ravioli and it was amazing. But my husband got the New Mexico alfredo. And it was so hot. It was so spicy that we each took a bite out of it and left the entire bowl. There was no way you were going to be able to eat that. My husband even requested a cup of alfredo sauce to dump on there to try and tame it down and it was still unedible it was so spicy.
Vegetarian options: The girl waiting on us, was lovely…she recommended vegetarian options…she said they could remove meat and cater to us. We ordered penne arrabbiata and pasta with white wine and garlic.We ate there around 3pm. Never felt rushed to leave or order. They are open 11-late in the night.The sweet tea was really good. The sweet tea was refilled when the glass got empty.Experience of eating good food is a lot to do with the way guests are treated and accommodated....read full review

The manager and his staff were phenomenal!!! The food and the dessert were out of this world!!! The atmosphere of family and great service runs ramped here!!! One of the best Italian restaurants, if not the best,I've had the pleasure to dine in!!! All travelers coming through Roswell should take the time to eat there!!
