I recently dined at Subway in Ruidoso, New Mexico, and while the food was satisfactory and the employees were friendly, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism in their conversation. The casual and vulgar speech used by the staff made for an uncomfortable dining experience. I hope the management addresses this issue to maintain a more pleasant environment for customers.
The three gentleman who were working today during our visit were great! Our two boys who are (1) learning to order for themselves and (2) have never been to a subway before, were shown kindness, patience and encouragement while fumbling their way through their order. Not once did the men get annoyed or frustrated. They interacted with all of us in a fun, sweet way and turned two little boys into Subway fans.
