I didn't want to review this place because, selfishly, I don't want anyone else to know how good it is, but I will tell you. Andale is my favorite food truck in Santa Fe. This place is AMAZING! a hidden gem in plain sight! The customer service and interaction is unmatched. They truly love what they are doing and want to ensure it's passed on to the customer who is treated just like family.
