The soups were incredible and bursting with astounding flavors. The serving size was very plentiful and fills you to the brim. Even the cook came out and asked us how the food was. The time I arrived at was pretty quiet and calm.
The most most most authentic northern Chinese food! Home taste, and this is VERY HARD TO FIND because they don’t use frozen food or an excessive of msg or salt. They use really good ingredients. Don’t understand why the rating is 4.3, I would give a 10 star if I can. I will miss this place when I leave Santa Fe.

Truly some of the best bao and noodles we’ve had outside of San Francisco Chinatown. The staff don’t speak English (or at least the staff that were there when we ate), all ordering is done from a touchscreen. Everyone was so friendly and the service was prompt. There is limited seating inside the restaurant and some tables outside in the mall atrium area. Such a great experience. We went back multiple times.
