If your looking for an amazing raisin roll that is light and delicate, then look no further then madame matisse. Its a mystery to me how he does it, but their pastries are as good as you get in Paris.....right here in Santa Fe. There are several other contenders in town, but they don't hold a candle to his baking..... good parking, can be very busy, I understand that he can have a vegetable lasagna that is amazing, but I am not sure about availability around other items....
This is one of my most favorite bakeries to visit in Santa Fe. The pastries are amazingly delicious! And I had a vanilla latte, and it was perfect with my croissant. I visited for my birthday and the service was so great and nice. I'm definitely going to come back again.

This is a favorite for breakfast and/or brunch!! Everything from the pastries to the meals are fresh, delightful, mouth watering, and the atmosphere is quality with an overall feeling of visiting France! I consider this place a wonderful escape from typical diners ~ a must try!
