We were visiting Santa Fel during spring break. Accidentally stumbled on Paper Dosa. It was Thursday evening and the place hopping. Ordered paper dosa .. it was delicious, sambar was perfect with lots of veggies, potato was cooked perfect. Order masala chai.. hit the mark, my Son and Wife tried the Gulab Jamun.. they loved it too. We are from Houston and this is best South Indian restaurant been in a while. Ordered masala Utthappam and custard dessert (payassam). I am amazed by the service, atmosphere and the fusion of the South Indian with subtle New Mexico-American blend!I am happy I found a gem like this place in Santa Fe!

Great atmosphere and amazing food. I like they have a short menu and everything was served fresh. They have a little bar and music was lively. Be prepared to wait here, we had to wait 30 mins on a Thursday night. But once we got the table, the service was great and food was served pretty quickly. Highly recommend if you are in the Santa Fe area.
