Head and shoulders the most authentic, most expertly prepared, most delicious sushi anywhere in the Rio Grande valley. Sushi done right does not lend itself to a large restaurant. It is not that sushi from one of the swanky larger places is bad, it's just that Masutah's sushi is that much better.
Absolutely stunning, I moved to new mexico from oregon and was missing sushi, I figured it wouldn't be as good inland but I was incredibly wrong, this was the best sushi I've ever had anywhere, period.Not only was everything delicious it was also beautiful! Masa is an outstanding Chef. My cousin and I surrendered our choices for lunch and opted for his professional discretion. Im sure I will continue to do so every time I visit his wonderful establishment as he presented what must be one of the best lunches I've had in my life so far, and it sure will be hard to beat.
