Read reviews for birria here. Walked across the street from our hotel to eat. This is no longer El Maria Bonita as far as I can tell. The menu is limited, some items are scratched out. We ended up getting loaded nachos and taquitos which in all fairness weren't bad, but thus restaurant isn't really set up to be open yet by the new owners. When my wife tried paying with her debit card, they made a phone call and told the caller her debit card numbers over the phone. Who does this?...read full review
Outstanding service! 1 man was running the whole restaurant. bartending, waiting, and hosting and our food came out quick and delicious! And he was extremely kind the entire time. I was extremely impressed with this place. Very authentic dishes!

The staff is very nice. The music was a little too loud. The food was good, but not great, not worth the price they charge. I would give this place a 2.5. If I made changes I would lower the volume of the music, I would prepare the food better with better quality ingredients or I would lower the cost.
