Walter Burke did an outstanding job catering our wedding this past spring in Santa Fe, NM. They knew our venue (El Rey Court) well and everything went seamless for set up to clean up. We felt like we had a lot of options and flexibility when it came to the menu, and our dinner menu perfectly reflected our vision of a southwest farm-to-table vibe. We were very fortunate to work with Walter Burke for our wedding at Ghost Ranch on 9/8/23. They were a class act all around! Angela was extremely responsive (very important when planning a destination wedding in particular!) and great at making suggestions when we were lost on what foods to provide for our guests or how many drinks we would need.
