“Have been ordering from this little gem of a place for a while now. Love the donair meat. It has kick. Prices are fair. Had a regular pizza twice now and wasnt sold on the sauce. Also pizza was very salty.”

“Beaverbank StationI started with the thia bites I was very impressed by how crispy they where even after being smothered in a Thai sauce topped with seaseme seeds. As you can see by the picture they are as tasty as they look.Let's move on to the main I went with the Chicken club with fries and gravy. Let me tell you the fries came out piping hot and so did the gravy. If you are looking for home cooked style fries and very tasty gravy this is the place to come.First bite of the chicken club and all I can say is wow. The chicken has a really nice seasoning that pairs well with the bacon.Hands down one of my favorite spots for a chicken club sandwich.Service: when it comes to service A+ we had a lovely lady named Kelly she would check in with us make sure our drinks where full all the time.As you know it's not a Gnome review without the bathroom rating. These bathrooms are like a bathroom you find at home. They are by far the cleanest public bathrooms I have ever been in.Although the meal is a little pricey with an appetizer I would highly recommend this place for a meal or a really nice date.Overall I give The Beaverbank station a 4.5 star review. I wish Google would add half stars.”

“The Canteen had a cozy atmosphere. The menu had lots of delicious options. I was hoping to try their lobster roll but it was a seasonal dish. I had the haddock sandwich and soup. The sandwich was good but the soup was delicious. Service was great.”

The tempura is hot and tasty, servings are large, fish is fresh and the prices are reasonable. The owner and his staff are so friendly and really put in an effort to take care of their customers. “If I had known it was in a shopping mall, I wouldn't have come; I'm glad I didn't know! We moved up from Atlanta just a few years ago, and finding food that has not been turned bland & sweet has been challenging. Makhani has managed to remain true to its ethnic roots, while simultaneously being willing to accommodate more delicate palettes. My kids have a broad, often incompatible spectrum of tastes in food, and Makhani succeeded in pleasing everyone.Good work, Makhani!”

“Okay, as a regular sushi eater, I was very happy with my experience at Sushi Maru. Their main selling point unquestionably is the quality of the ingredients used, which is top notch. The selection is good, they are generous with moat of their offerings and the service is excellent. The seating arrangement is a little tight though. Overall, a 5 star experience, highly recommended.”

“Stopped into this Cafe for the first time when i discovered my other favourite local cafe closed down :(I went with a bacon breakfast sandwich and let me tell you.. i am usually a pick eater and it comes with things i would usually leave aside. however i decided to try it as it was intended and i do NOT regret it. One of the best I’ve had here in dartmouth.I also got an iced latte, again, not my usual but it was delicious and creamy.The atmosphere is super welcoming and pleasant all the staff were smiling and it seemed they had a good flow going for how busy they were while I was there ! However, a bit small, it would be awesome if they had the space to expand !I also noticed they had a “Put it on a tab” for those who may not be able to afford a meal. A+ to you guys ! will definitely be back in the future !”

“The food is incredible and Elias, the chef and owner, is a wonderful human being. I fancy myself something of a roti aficionado, and the jerk chicken curry roti did not disappoint. The taster platter was a highlight. The brunch looks amazing, and based on our dinner experience I have no doubt it is exactly that. Will definitely be returning for brunch, and I highly recommend!”

“Blue Elephant is close to my office and yesterday was the first time I tried it.They had a great list of lunch specials out together. Most were $14-15 included a spring roll. I had the Cashew Chicken and it was fresh and flavourful. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The Spring Roll had a great tangy dipping sauce.I will return to this local hidden gem.”

“I just ordered the 3 donair 3 pop deal tonight for supper and sized up to make them a medium. They were HUGE, so much meat. I wish I took a picture to share. The meat was thicker sliced than I was expecting but it was delicious and great texture. Got extra sauce to dip which it didn’t need but that was very tasty as well. We are all very full and happy.
