The falafel balls were the best I have ever had. I was driving home and the smell was so authentic that I thought I had better eat some while they were hot. From the first bite to the last they were the best. Crunchy on the outside and a light pillow on the inside, the flavour was amazing. I ate them plain. I also had a Falafel Wrap and had that when I got home. It was delicious. This will be the only place I go in the future. It is inside the new Syrian Market on Strawberry Hill.
What a treat this place is! Hands down the BEST hummus and falafel I have ever had. You must go.

I highly recommend Falafel Factory. The pre-made frozen falafel balls are so convenient and delicious! Eight minutes in the air fryer and they are crispy and wonderful. Also highly recommended for anyone who eats gluten free. What a treat!
