“They are efficient and listen to your needs. 2 days ago I had to let go of a beloved pet in an hour and wanted to give her a Timbit. They heard me and when I got to the window she got a donut on the house. It helped to make good tears of joy instead of sadness. Keep your staff human. They work hard and it would be unusual to do so. They used their own judgment and I think they were prepared to pay for it because she said all of us got the donut.That was 2 days ago and our doggie is in doggie heaven ❤thanks for caring.“

“Some of the friendliest staff I've ever experienced at a tim hortons, don't know any of the staff personally but because of how often I visited during my years in high school up the road, the crew have become interested in my life, and I'm able to greet them in public as if they were friends of mine I've known for a year or so, service is generally very fast, but they're super polite whenever I have to be left waiting due to low staff, its unfortunate that its located in an esso and that I'm not able to sit and talk to the staff but it is what it is“

“Surprised I haven't rated this before as it's a weekly stop. Location is lovely while the parking lot could be better. Food is good quality with fast service, multiple of the staff have put in the extra effort of building relationships with regulars and it's noticeable. A bit cramped for the location and customers they get. A lovely part of the Tim Hortons franchise.“

“I often go to the Tim Hortons on Main St in Dartmouth for lunch because I typically ask to have several things left off my sandwich, and unlike most of the other Timmy's I've been to, the drive through team always makes my sandwich perfectly and quickly. It's excellent service.“

It was for a long time and she managed alone cashing/serving all while remaining calm and friendly. Thanks a lot again Maria, you are very young yet so mature.Also I really think the management should do a better job in hiring more staffs, specifically on such busy days. “I don't drink coffee but people prefer Mc Donald's coffee to Tim's. Their food menu is good. BLT sandwich is amazing. Donuts are good but expensive. I love their soup and sandwich combos. I feel it is offering more healthy food for your dollar. Great place to eat.“
“Best service and food quality of all the Tim Hortons in Dartmouth. If you want a lava cookie that is actually filled with lava, this is the location to visit. The rest put one small dab on the top of the cookie.Both the drive thru and counter have fast service and friendly staff.“
