Most of the time the the food is soooo fresh, a couple of times Mama Mozza Mashrum tasted different as of the mushroom was rotten, service in Air port branch was not good, the employee was not smiling at all.
So this pains me in many ways, 1) most expensive franchise burger joint I have experienced 2) in one order they messed up one order of onion rings out of two(wtf?) orders of rings 3) after getting food poisoning from said ring, they stated to re pay for my loss which was a blank gift card. The cooking is on off, two exact meals look completely different. It's a shame, I used to love A&W but nearly 30 dollars for burgers and onion rings, bloody to expensive.

For context, I've ordered from here at least 15 times.Don't know what A&W itself does to help, but the workers here are amazing. They are fun, patient, and compassionate.I have only ever had a good experience here. Food is accurate and yummy. While working at such a busy (probably stressful) location, the staff still manages to be kind and fun.Grateful to work in the same mall with these guys :)
