Boneheads recently catered my wedding and everyone raved about the food. Showed up promptly with the food well wrapped to travel a half hour out of Halifax - the portion was also way more than I expected and we had leftovers for days.
My main complaints come from the Mac n cheese and the brisketThe brisket was very dry and almost crumbling, flavor was good though.Not that anyone asked, but here's how to get a moist tender brisket.Cook @225-250, wrap in butchers paper @185 internal then cook until 203-208 internal wrapped. @130ish start spraying non fatty spots with 50/50 cider vinegar and water. Once done let sit for at very least 1 hour still wrapped.The macaroni and cheese... why were the noodles soo undercooked?...read full review

BBQ or Barbecue lovers must head to this place in Halifax. The food tasted as good as it looked. They know how to get the seasoning right and how to cook them perfectly. Pork Brisket was melting in my mouth and the Chicken leg was delicious grilled. The Ribs was smoked fine and the sides were great too. Poutine is excellent along with Mac and Cheese.
