Today I have to wait 10 mins for my order.While it’s very low volume day. Also, my order was the only order during those 10 mins. When I came in, I can tell only 1 car on the driving thru. The reason is: everyone except ppl who serve on drive thru are celebrating something and eating cake. No one take care of my order! I’m not saying ppl should work like machine and zero relax. But it's also unfair for me as well, since I waste my time at same time. Also I don’t think waiting...read full review
This is the second time I had to go behind the counter to ask if someone was working to take my order.Then I got a snotty additude from the person,who was supposed to be at her station.I really don't appreciate staff speaking about customers in a foreign language.
