Amazing food and staff! RFM has become our go-to spot for something quick and delicious, and our favourites include the buffalo chikn wrap, bagel BLT and the poutine! The staff, however, is the best part. You're always greeted with a friendly face and the staff has gone above and beyond twice, to ensure that I receive my Christmas and Easter orders ahead of time, before I travel back home for the holidays. Thank you RFM!
Their specials are always amazing, plus they've got some very delicious staples. Don't ever pass up a special though. Their ham and cheese sandwich in the deli case is surprisingly very tasty as well! Plus the staff is super chill.

I have been creeping on real fake meats for awhile and thought there's no way it can be as tasty as it looks. finally got to try it today and it was mind blowingly good. I had the Benny (small portion, which was by no means actually a small portion). wow. my son had the grilled cheese and fries and he loved it as well. amazing food, amazing service, this will definitely be a stop for our halifax trips!
