“Worst experience I had in a very long time, the woman had attitude as soon my friend and I sat down, I told her I have an intolerance to nightshades and she seemed very annoyed and did not explain the menu at all. The menu itself was near impossible to the eye, not to mention their was little hairs stuck in between the sheets on both of our menus, and when I told her she snatched my menu from me and walked away with out saying a single word. My friend did not even get what she asked for. The communication from this server was very lacking, wish I got her name. When it came time to pay, she told us they only take cash, but there's an atm at the back of the restaurant. There was a sign stating this, I've been a server for ten years and that is always something I would always tell my costumers first. Horrible service, horrible communication and the food was over priced and not great. Will not be back.“

I've ordered two cakes from them, and each time, you've exceeded my expectations. Firstly, I ordered a Fall-themed cake for my mom's birthday in September. The attention to detail in replicating the design from the photo I sent was remarkable. Not only did the cake look like a piece of art, but it tasted absolutely divine. “We happened upon this convenient sandwich shop as we walked from the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic (see separate review) to the Citadel via Sackville Street. As You Like It is at the corner of Sackville and Barrington streets. For those in a hurry, there's a "Grab and Go" cooler with ready-made sandwiches, but we went for fresh-made tuna salad ($6.95 CD) and crab salad ($6.95 CD) sandwiches. From a choice of several breads, we chose multi-grain. Good sandwiches, wraps, salads, fruit here. There are a few small tables for those who wish to eat inside. Recommended.“

“Despite being a fast food chain, Subway has always been among the closest to a fresh home-made option in my opinion. It's a solid middle ground between a burger joint or a pizza place and something you would make yourself at home, and always a delicious treat.“
“Kelly's is such a gem in the neighbourhood—I recommend them to everyone I know. They can't be beat for quality or cost.They serve a variety of subs and good soups, with generous sizes. I've now tried a breakfast sub (ham & egg) and the cold cut sub a couple times, along with a couple of the soups, and everything has been top-notch.They also sell prepared desserts, jams and spreads, some cold cuts, and other treats. I've not tried these, but it's nice to see they're available.Stop by and check them out, you won't regret it.“
