Okay, it's been in Halifax for 17 years and is owned and run by a lovely couple. The outside looks like the building might fall in at any time. But, walk through the door and it is spotless, warm and welcoming, and you will be treated like family by the owner. It seats only 8 people and the menu is simple, kabobs, rice, a curry, hummus, and some veges. This is a genuine hole-in-the-wall serving genuine, traditional Persian food.A small but select menu prepared with love and served with care.The soup is outstanding, and the beef in spinach delicious.Highly recommended.

It is a small but cozy place with lots of warmth. I tried Chicken and Koobideh with Rice (with Zereshk) and both tasted quite delicious. The owner lady was so friendly and nice. Highly recommended if you like to try Persian food and support local restaurants
