I paid a little over $18 for 3 delicious varieties of soft shell tacos and it was definitely a memorable lunch. Each bite was overflowing with juicy goodness and overall it was a 5/5 meal. ? I'll probably try the empanadas next.The service was prompt and I was in and out in ~40 minutes. My only suggestion would be serving them in a small tray rather than a plate since things can potentially get messy.
One of Halifax’s best kept secret. The only shame is that Verano isn’t open for dinner. Everything on the menu is delicious and the Mexican/Venezuelan cuisine is unique from anything else you will get in the city. My go to order is the Patacon with Braised Pork but everything on the menu is worth trying.
