They were so accommodating for such a large reservation , the staff were very attentive and took everyone’s orders quickly and correctly. As always the food was delicious and came out quick. “I initially wrote the review below, but after the company has investigated and agree they should have a return policy, I believe this company does put the customer’s first. I will be returning to the brewery this week and highly recommend this company. I will continue to support them going forward. Great product s. They do value their customers!!I was a big supporter of this place and I have looked forward to trying every new product in the past. 3 days ago I went in and bought 4 packs of tall boys and this included the new greatroads brewing creamsicle seltzer, which is terrible by the way. To be honest I don’t know who decided it tasted like creamsicle as it tastes like you are drinking orange cleaner. Yesterday I brought the three unopened cans of the creamsicle seltzer back to the brewery and asked if I could exchange them for something else as they were horrible. First of all, no one seem to know the return policy, so after they all chatted back-and-forth, they decided that it left the building so it can’t come back into the building so I am out the money. This is not a huge deal. However, if I was them, I would’ve been considering that hopefully there’s nothing wrong with the product if it taste that horrible. The other issue here is you want to keep your customers happy so if you have to eat $15 on three cans and give them something new that’s what you do. I did enjoy all their other products so sadly I will not be going back there as they do not stand behind what they brew and customer satisfaction is not top priority.”

“This Subway is one of the better ones. I go here once a week or so and they always make a great sandwich. I find this particular subway makes your sub well enough that you can eat it in your car without making a huge mess.There's a girl there who has a bunch of tattoos that is super on the ball. As soon as I walk in she already knows what I'm getting and has it started.One downside is price, the price of Subway has gone up significantly over the past few years so expect to pay $20-$30 per person.Overall the service is great and the bathrooms are clean. Yes, it's not a Gnome review without the bathroom check and they pass.”

“Fantastic food and the portions are huge. My husband, who always finishes has leftovers. The sweet and sour sauce on the side is a great touch. And it’s the best chicken chow mein I’ve had in a long time. It’s my favourite dish. This was our first time ordering and it is now our go to Chinese restaurant.”

“~~ 5 STAR SERVICE ~~ A friend and I stopped for lunch today and were blown away by the quality of the food and wonderful customer service provided by our waitress Carolyn. Their Smoke Hamburger with crispy onions is to die for and the Poutine is just AMAZING!!!! Real Cheese Curds, flavorful gravy and Home Cut Fries. The Cheese Curds were even toasted on top!!!!! .... The way Poutine is meant to be made! Good Customer service is so rare these days that I have to commend Carolyn for all that she did for us. Not only were the suggestions great but the quality of customer service she provided was second to none. I hope Tom's knows what a valuable asset she is to the company.”
