They were very busy with the drive thru, and it seemed like things were falling through the cracks. The tables were not clean, nor were the floors, and yet the restaurant was nearly empty. The fries were slightly undercooked compared to normal, and undersalted. The bathroom sinks used an excessive amount of water.
Ordered through the app to pick up at store. Unfortunately, didn't check the bag, when I got home they gave me someone's special order burger instead of my Big Mac. I still ate it, it was a pretty good burger but still, not my order. The onions were big chunks of the outside layer and the tomatoes on my partner's burger still had the stem part in it.
