“Subway is another must stop for my family when we are in YK. It's quick, and the service is great. The food is always good, IMO. If you like subs, definitely check it out as an alternative to other fast food restaurants. Eat in or take out, subway is great.“

“We stopped in at the McDonalds in Ingersoll Ontario. What stood out is the positive attitudes of the young staff behind the counter. I could tell by the conversations that they were high school students. What impressed me was the good nature joking and camaraderie that I witnessed while waiting for my order. Such a refreshing experience to see good natured young people doing a great job and having fun at the same time. I'll be stopping in again for sure.“
“If your looking for good pizza look no further than pizza hut. After sampling the other pizza outlets in Yellowknife this is clearly the best one. Service is standard here for take out however the prices are quite high as with all other food outlets in town.“
“This is the best KFC I have had in over a decade. We eat kfc about once or twice a month and have slowly gotten used to the declining quality but eating at this kfc it was like the old kfc we used to love. The chicken wasn't super greasy and tasted like it used to. The gravy was amazing. We haven't had good kfc gravy in years so we stopped buying the medium and large size and now only buy the small gravy. I wish we had purchased a large this time, we didn't have enough because it was sooo good. I don't know how they make everything so much better than every other kfc we've ever been to but they should get a gold star for the best KFC in Canada. The cashiers even helpedbus with our coupons by telling us they were part of the BC Kfc coupon zone. We hope to return and once again enjoy the perfect kfc before our vacation is over!“
“Best burger joint in the city, to say the least. My only problem is the homeless hang around the front entrance, or sometimes in the restaurant itself, when security is busy elsewhere. Other than that, the staff at this location definitely deserve raises for dealing with that crowd. And the food is always hot and fresh and correctly made for when I order.“
