Tables always seem dirty. The drink someone tossed on the window three weeks ago is still there. Seats dirty. Long waits for in restaurant orders. Seems like door dash and drive through are priorities over in person service. This location has been going downhill for a long time.

I’m no mixing expert, but I’ve gotten a handful of mcflurries from this location in the last year and NONE of them actually have the mix-ins actually mixed into the ice cream. They just sit sadly on top. To add insult to injury this particular visit, the Oreo pieces tasted stale.

I don't go often but after a few failed orders I figured I'd keep a tally in my truck for when I do go.After one year, I went 15 times. Of those 15 times, my order was incorrect 12 times. That's an 80% fail rate.Not like you can go get it fixed either because if you go inside you have to wait 10 minutes just to get the attention of a worker.Figure it out.
Went through DT and they gave me wrong order, then when i asked for my order, they again made my sandwich

Ordered through the drive through at the Yellowknife location. I was very clear about my order; Big Mac plain no cheese. They put cheese on it anyway and I didn’t realize until I got home. Immediately threw it in the trash and cooked for myself that night. Not a big deal but this the 10th time at least that this has happened to me in the past couple years so do the math $$. If this were a normal city I’d boycott this location and never come back. To the McDonald’s staff that can’t follow simple instructions: Come on guys it’s really not that hard, try caring a bit more and putting some effort into your profession.
