Ordered through the App and order was ready at the said time. Had requested that the sandwiches should be marked with the item number since it was customized. The numbering as all messed up and we literally had to open each one to figure out, it was a large 10 sandwich

Food was fine. But an Indian lady working there on 10th December around 14:00 was on a phone while making my sandwich so we had zero conversation, she just gestured me, and even missed my order. She ended up putting jalapenos which I'm sensitive to even I told her not to put it. I gave her $16 but when I got my receipt, it says she got $15.

During the week the people who make the sandwiches are amazing. But during the weekend, there is one woman working that gives me the stink eye every time I ask for more spinach on my VEGGIE wrap. I don’t even get cheese on it. I ask for extra spinach and it’s as if there is a spinach shortage in Yellowknife and this woman has been held responsible to protect the spinach population which is going extinct. No bueno.

Love the staff. Two of the staff this afternoon are awesome. They try their best to remember what the regular customer orders all the time, and 90% of the time it's correct.This is awesome customer service. Great going guys, keep up the good work. ?❤
