“We stopped in at the McDonalds in Ingersoll Ontario. What stood out is the positive attitudes of the young staff behind the counter. I could tell by the conversations that they were high school students. What impressed me was the good nature joking and camaraderie that I witnessed while waiting for my order. Such a refreshing experience to see good natured young people doing a great job and having fun at the same time. I'll be stopping in again for sure.“
“I came here with my family in the freezing winter, and we had a pretty big meal together.My favorites were the Arctic Char, which is not usually found anywhere else, and the dragon roll, which was much tastier than most other places I've tried.The rice was just right. It was soft but also exactly firm enough to feel really good.The fish, compared to most places I've been to, was very, very fresh for its price range.“

“We were craving some Asian food and a Japanese restaurant in Yellowknife was appealing. We arrived about 11:45AM on a Monday and ordered and paid at the counter. The staff are friendly and you could “see” their smiles under their masks. We ordered udon soup and the Yellowknife Sushi. The soup had a nice chicken broth with the udon noodles, a tempura shrimp and finely sliced green onion. It was homely and satisfying. The sushi had about four different slices of rolls, about ten pieces all fresh and satisfying as well. It was surprising to us how the restaurant filled up so quickly from noon on. I can see why. Next time in Yellowknife I will be going back there again. It was a good lunch.“
