So I love a good fish sandwich. They got one now, but who knows for how long. It's at a good price if you get the two for six deal. Wow. A three dollar fish sandwich that's pretty good too. Ahh, the good ol days. I'll keep visiting til they run out. Then once in awhile for brisket. It's good too but kinda expensive. ?

The lady workin front counter couldn't be sweeter! I appreciate my curly fries hot & fresh! Thanks! But this low rating is thanks to whomever made our sandwiches. Every time..... always an issue puttin the food together in absolute carelessness! The roast beef sandwiches w/ 3 slices of meat. My bacon swiss chicken sandwich missing bacon & drenched in so much honey mustard it makes it a slimy, overpowering glob of soggy bread & lettus. I wiped off as much as i could & its still so drenched that i cant eat it. I understand its fast food, but its expensive & a complete waste! Restaurant is always clean, employees are always kind. Just sloppy w/ putting together food like you're too high to do it right.... come on!

Cold food, offered only to replace fries. So they wanted me to drive all the way back just to get what they screwed up the first time, so they can hopefully get it right the second time. Gas and time I guess are worth $0 for customers. Take your $ somewhere where hot food is actually what you receive and you get food you actually want to eat.

Watch out when you order curly fries they put regular french fries in the bottom of the container and then put the curly fries on top to make it seem like you have more curly fries which you don't you have more french fries. This is the second time they've done this.

Great place! I miss eating at this Arby's...had one in Santa Monica, CA i would eat at before it closed. Their dining room was opened!!...unlike a lot of fast food places in Reno, NV. Anywho...this place had nice staff...good food...and I got to put their great Horsey Sauce & tasty BBQ sauce on my Beef & Cheddar sandwiches!

The food was hot and fresh. I was given a large handful of sauces to accompany my meal, which I like. 3 stars because my Beef & Cheddar sandwich was missing the chedder!
Horrible drive Thru got up to window after 5 min the open and say I uhh forgot your order what did you order then 10 min later we get half the order walk in to get what they missed and was told by the night manager berry rudly and angerly she spouts off with I have you your whole order we will not give you free food. I will never go here again the worst I've every seen

They sold us the wrong food when I went back into the store they refused to replace it or or refund my money the short fat little manager was kind of very disrespectful and rude I didn't get her name but they took our money and sold us the wrong food and then they wouldn't replace it or refund their money so we left the food sitting on the table and walked out very dissatisfied and disappointed in the structure of the supervisors
