Went to get sandwiches for the family and after paying the bill I checked the receipt. The red haired employee had made several mistakes on the bill. When talking to her she deferred me to the manager because I ask her to repeat what she had said. The background noise was loud in restaurant. The manager came over and said that the employee had just entered the order differently and the price was still the same. I had to go through the math and explain to her that the prices charged were incorrect (charged for a regular sandwich instead of a kids sandwich). After a few minutes she reluctantly agreed and I was given a refund. The employee and manager’s attitude were below standards. People make mistakes and correcting mistakes shouldn’t be a battle. I still feel that I didn’t get a full refund as i had to pay for drinks for the kids even though the cashier told me the fountain drinks came with kids meal.. they did not. The icing on the cake came when the order came out as that was also messed up.

First off, I love Capriotti's. I'd eat there 4-5 times a week if I could. However, this location is terrible. My order is wrong literally every time I go there (missing pickles, missing mustard, etc). I keep trying it every month or so, hoping it'll get better - but they just mess up every single time.

Might seem trivial but I've been here 3 times. 1st time I didn't think to say anything, 2nd time I asked no pepper, 3rd time husband said no pepper. Got pepper each

We like the selection here, the sandwiches are great, the cam chowder is tasty as is their coleslaw. My favorite here is the Capristami sandwich, most of the sandwich shops around don't have pastrami which happens to be my favorite. The location is convenient it's right on Hwy 50. Overall a nice place to get sandwiches..
Someone ordered a Chicken Chipotle Crunch for me at a place I volunteer at. I don't eat beef but I think that is what I got. It was bleh it had mushrooms on it. No Chipotle, no lettuce, no nothing just meat a small amount of cheese and mushrooms. I'm going back cause I want to try what I ordered so now I will have to buy a stupid sandwich just to try it.
Stopped by for a quick bit. This was my first time at this location. We ordered our food. It was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered the hot Bobby, which I won't do again. It's definitely better regular, but my son loved his turkey sandwich. All in all, it was a good experience.

I was absolutely disappointed when I received my food and it was ice cold. I was excited to eat here because I have heard many good things about their sandwiches and have even tried one at a different location. I got the same exact order and it was not warm at all, the workers were very unwelcoming. I’m very disappointed for the 60 dollars I spent here.
