Food is great, so is the service and the people. Last time there I ate in, but the meat was dry and tough, so the employee apologized and "hooked me up"! Love the Mac n cheese but wish there was a bit more than just a couple bites. All the meats have great flavor. I live 70 miles one way from their establishment and look forward to having the food. Let me preface my review by saying that living in Hawaii, we are not known for BBQ or BBQ restaurants, so I don't have much experience with this type of food. While in Carson City for training, we were provided free lunch one day from Dickey's. The spread included brisket, pulled pork, chicken, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, Caesar salad, and rolls. My favorite restaurant in town!! Really good food, especially love the pulled pork sandwich, chicken wing! they have excellent service! definitely recommended. Of course, we will be back.
