Food is ok, but the price is high for the type of restaurant and the quality of food.

One of the best breakfast experiences we've had in Carson Valley. The food we ordered was delicious. Decent prices and HUGE portions. The plates almost didn't fit on the table and they were loaded with food. We ordered a side of 2 pancakes and were so glad we did because we wouldn't have made it through a short stack. Props that the pancakes are actually dinner plate sized and a short stack here is 4 instead of your standard 2, and a regular stack has 6. Hubby said the Chilaquiles were delicious, and others must agree because we saw at least four other orders of them come out while we were there, and the restaurant wasn't very busy... maybe 7 tables had people at them when we arrived at 9am. Service was good and coffee cups were kept full. Already planning on bringing out of town guests here when they visit.

Chili relleno breakfast was awesome and nice and spicey. Wife had the chiliquales and reports they were great as well. Busy Sunday morning but worth the ten minute wait.

They’ve fallen off quite a bit…and can say they’re no longer my favorite. Prices used to reasonable, now they are quite expensive and very oddly specific…and still taxed. A waffle will set you back 14 bucks. Home fries used to be crispy, now soggy and bland. They removed a lot of good items from their menu and no longer seem to offer any specials. Just disappointing…they used to be great

I haven't been to Heidis in many years. Both of our favorite breakfast spots were closed so we decided to try it. I have to say... this is mine and my fiances new favorite breakfast restaurant! The best flavors around with a great menu. I got the Alaskan omelet and he got the chorizo scramble. It was cooked exactly like we requested. We also got a side of gravy and it was amazing! We were highly surprised how wonderful it was!

Great food with great company. What more can anyone ask for. The wait staff are great so are the host. The server well it was an attitude like there was no tomorrow. We even got the young click fallowed by you didn't tell me that. Still would go back coffee was decent and didn't taste burnt and their capachino was good. Hit coco was a bit to sweet but glad they used milk and nit water.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu.
