Went and ordered 8 tacos. They told me that they had no tacos. So I went on doordash literally 1 minute later and ordered the 8 tacos. Which came from exact same jack in the box. So they did have tacos? Why did you lie? Oh also I wanted extra tacos sauce on all tacos and got absolutelyno taco sauce. Thanks. Horrible experience.

Nice folks at this jack in the box . Maybe McDonald's needs to take some lessons from Jack ? So much better but years ago it was the opposite now Jack is better, keep up the great work.
It was pretty good my experience at Jack in the box My order of curly fries and the new breakfast sandwich was pretty hot and very tasty ?.

I'm an a insulin diabetic I ordered a un sweet tea . They mixed tea with coke .!! Tasted horrible.! Egg roll was half frozen. Please try and do better.
I order 2 of their new double bacon sourdough jack combo. The girl rang it in as some bacon buttery swiss thing. I told her it was wrong and she still continued to ring it in that way. When got my food was not what i ordered and then was asked to see my receipt. Lady argued that's what you paid for that's what you get.... So i didnt want to argue anymore took the food and went home. Burgers were cold (almost frozen) and cheese was not even close to being melted, took one bite ans threw away. The way they handled it was ridiculous. No fixing it and no apology... Nothing but poor service. Will stick to jack in box on williams street. At least they understand customer service and common sense.

Jack in the box on 3225 Retail Dr, No cherry's on the shake. I asked the girl why there wasn't any. She said she didn't want to walk in the back to get them. I got the wrong kind of fries, and they were old and dried out. We ask for a order of tacos that come with 2. We got one taco. I did the survey and asked for manager to call me, never got a call back. The next week I asked the boy at the drive thru window for napkins, he said they were in the bag. THERE WERE NONE. A few days later we go back and order 3 shakes and now there is no whip cream on them. If i Knew that I wouldn't have ordered them and went somewhere else. The staff here sucks. WE WONT BE BACK.
