Dined at this fine establishment with my family for the first time last night and really enjoyed everything about it. The restaurant was charming, the service was prompt and polite and there was even a gentleman playing lovely tunes on a keyboard. I will say that the food portions were on the smaller side but for me personally, that's the way I prefer it and especially if it's really good. And I will say, the halibut I ordered and the chicken cacciatore my wife order was fabulous. Same can be said about the lemon cake we had for desert. For as long as we've lived in Carson City, I'm a little disappointed in myself for not coming down to eat here sooner. We'll be returning for sure!

This has been one of our favorite Italian restaurants in town since they opened. However, our last visit was very disappointing. I ordered the lobster ravioli (which I've ordered in the past). What I actually got was 3 raviolis mixed with several shrimp, spinach and sundried tomatoes in a watery alfredo sauce. If I wanted shrimp I would have ordered it. This is NOT the generous portion dish they used to serve. What made it worse is that the mess was $34.95. It wasn't even worth $15. My husband ordered the veal parmesan. A very small portion of veal with no sauce and dried parmesan cheese (not melted) sprinkled on. We have few restaurants in our community and I would like to see Kristopher's succeed. But if they don't improve the quality of the food for what they are charging, they are going to lose their regular and local customers.

The ambiance was okay, we were seated and it was about fifteen minutes before we were greeted by our waitress and we’re brought water and store bought bread slices. The meatballs were bland and we could tell that they were frozen and probably store bought. The shrimp was the same story and made us sick. Highly overpriced for the size of the dishes and quality of food. Do not recommend.
Shrimp and mushroom app was outstanding. It could be an entree with a little tweaking. Chicken marsala was also delicious and the chicken was sotender that it cut with a fork. Finished the meal with lemon cake for dessert and it too was incredible.

Everything I eat here is always so delicious! The staff is nice and very prompt. Their chicken and rice is to die for stuffed with artichoke hearts. They have this chocolate cake that is so moist and light it's just amazing, it's not over powering . My son loves their spaghetti and mini pizzas . He feels so comfortable there once he actually fell asleep on the table. Sometimes they will have a musician playing stuff it's very classical. Their menu is dependable so you don't have to worry about your favorites disappearing. I would deffinatly recommend this place.Kid-friendliness: Mini pizzas my son just loves.

I had the Chicken with BBQ Cream Sauce over cheese ravioli - Delicious! We also had the Cheese Bread for an appetizer, great flavor but they had rushed it and not all cheese was melted and the middle was cold. To be fair, they had a party of 20 celebrating a birthday, so they were a little frazzled. Service could have been a little more attentive but was by no means bad.Kid-friendliness: Good kids menu with popular options. They accommodated my grandsons love of salmon and fixed his pasta just the way he likes it!

Wow. This was a great find. Their staff is very accommodating, friendly and flexible in how they serve us.I had the salmon lemonata. It had a nice, crispy sear, paired with a creamy,pesto-lemon sauce that was to die for. The dish also had appropriately cooked and seasoned rice and veggies. Highly recommend it if you eat salmon.Dietary restrictions: They accommodated an onion/garlic allergy within our party.
