#1. The pizza was nothing like the recent commercials on tv. #2. The delivery person never rang the doorbell letting us know that our dinner was sitting on the doorstep in a snowstorm getting ice cold. #3. We didn't get an email or text message letting us know that our pizza was on the way. #4. One of the sauces that we ordered was not included. All of these negative could have been avoided with minimal communication. Guess you get what you pay for. Think we'll go somewhere else...read full review
The best service every time I am in! The atmosphere in the store is so upbeat the employees smile and chat with me the whole time! and the food is always ready so quickly and is always perfect, you rarely find customer service this good!
