Waitress was very nice, the sushi was just okay. Got sashimi and if you know good sashimi then you know it shouldn’t be chewy and it should almost melt in your mouth. This one was cut in very wide pieces and was pretty chewy. It’s not terrible sushi but there are definitely better places around Carson that charge the same prices.

Absolutely AWFUL! The service was horrendous. The waitress barely even talked to us. When she brought us our plates & water, she didn't say anything & set them down roughly (so much so that our water actually sloshed out of the cups). Our table was sticky & there was food on the floor. I'm not sure why we stayed at this point, but we did. When the sushi came, it looked ok, but it was so bland! We tried 4 different rolls & they all tasted the same.... Totally bland. We ordered some mussels that were so chewy, I couldn't even eat them. My husband & I both wound up sick that night. I can't believe how many people like this place. We will NOT be going back.

Despite the name of this Cafe that let me overlook the place as an Asian restaurant, I came here for some Chicken Teriyaki upon studying its menu and what they served me was excellent!I had a bit of craving for the teriyaki and the miso soup was a great addition to my meal. The gyoza were a bit too light on the filling, but they were crispy and tasty. The food was well presented, and included with my meal was a refreshing cucumber salad with a vinegary flavor. It had a peculiar topping that I couldn't identify. Imitation crab, maybe? I'm no expert on shellfish, so I can't tell you what they topped it with.Since my grandfather was allergic to shellfish in general and my family didn't eat it often, I just avoid it these days. I still tried a taste of it. Looking at the picture, someone might be able to guess what it is.This place used to be a sandwich place when I was younger. While I miss their French dips with chips, I've gained a place to enjoy some good Teriyaki! Change doesn't have to be frightening!PS: The service was excellent. The woman that served my table brought everything in intervals. I didn't have to wait too long for anything. The asian cuisine program they had up on the tv was interesting (probably one of the most deaf-friendly forms of entertainment I can think of, not to mention interesting.)

We had gone there when they had 1st open and the food was absolutely delicious we had ordered $250 worth of food and drinks. We had told all of our friends how great they were and that they should go. We went last night with a group of friends and ordered the same thing that we had ordered on the 1st time we had went. (Beef ribs )The 1st time we had ordered the beef ribs they were actual size beef ribs and very tender and delicious.. Last night the ribs were cut in half or 3rd and Extremely dry. Very Disappointing. My son had ordered a pizza And there is a hair in the pizza. We had told the waitress about our experience and she seemed that it was no big deal and told us that they had changed their menu around. We will not be going back.

Absolutely amazing!!! Went for dinner 32.00 a person (that's with tax) you can choose from countless sushi ALL YOU CAN EAT!! There was so much to choose from so I decided to go with the fire roll and it was the BEST sushi roll I've ever had!!! I've also had my traditional California roll, but also got the California rainbow roll and OMG!!!! Will definitely be coming back for more!!!

I had the opportunity to enjoy several sushi rolls, tempura shrimp and miso soup. The best is the long Nevada roll that is crystal shrimp, jalapeno topped w/ cilantro, avocado, snapper, lemon. Never had tasted something like that. The owners are super friendly and very affordable prices. Give a try or call for take out.

By Far best Sushi in Carson. Muscles are super hot and tender. Flavors of rolls are superb and quality of fish for nigiri is extremely well. Best sushi I've had in a very long time.

The food was bland, the miso soup was pretty good but it didn't have any protein in it. The service was good but that doesn't make up for the bland food.
