Worst pizza in town. Look, even bad pizza is pizza and good. But this? It’s weird cardboard. And bad pizza is usually cheap. But no, over 80 dollars for terrible food. And rude customer service. The staff seems clueless, is inefficient, and so rude. Wrong order received, with missing items. Then when I tried calling— they wanted my address, name, and number? … for what? I don’t know. But it was so strange. Never giving them my business again.

I went in on a Saturday night alone to order some dinner for my husband and me. I purchased an order of 10 boneless wings and 2 small Calzones. I ordered, which took a good 5 minutes just for the 2 girls in the front to figure out how to use the register. I was the only customer at that point, no one seemed to care much. After I ordered and I sat waiting for over 20 minutes, I got up thinking this couldn't take longer, after all, the only thing they had to do was make the Calzones.I would occasionally look up at the employees from my phone to see if my order was ready. Instead of seeing anyone working or attempting to prepare the order, I would see a couple of girls and guys gawking at me with their cell phones in hand and whispering in each other’s ear. I would see other guys playing games with the pizza dough and yelling obscene language to each other; as one of them couldn’t get the pizza dough to spine on his finger, the other would call him a nasty name and the other would say something obscene back, all while seeming to have the time of their lives.As enthused as I was watching immaturity, not to mention, rather unsanitary handling of various food items, I was looking at my watch as about 30 minutes had now passed. I would see them throwing the pizza dough (to see who could catch it in the cup) and then get bored, and work on my order. 3 times, 3 various customers came in to pick up their order that had already been prepared and sat on a sliding shelf. After around 50 minutes, they called my name – one of the workers was nice enough to quietly say, “Sorry for the wait”.The Calzones tasted well enough, they were warm and had a good flavor. The chicken wings were 10 pieces, but almost half of them were just dough, others had less meat than a piece of popcorn chicken, and 2 were less than chicken nuggets. The highlight of this order was the ranch that they pulled from the fridge; it had the right amount of Ranch in it!

Pizza Factory has the best Calzones in town ... prob the only Calzones in town! The rest of the pizza here is great too. I love the crust the best here! Service is friendly and I've never had a problems. They take all the coupons I get in the mail, so that saves money. The best thing here is the lunch buffet for around $12 bucks you get full access to the salad bar and all the pizza you can eat from the hot pizza buffet! They just don't put the cheap stuff out either, there;s a good choice of combo pizzas and if you really want something that's not out, just ask and they'll make it! Can't beat Pizza Factory for pizza in Carson.

This place has gone to hell recently. I love the food but the service is terrible. The last 3 times we’ve ordered for delivery our order has shown up with missing items. We just tried ordering tonight and after sitting on hold for 15 minutes I called back and they clearly forgot I was on hold as they took our order right away. 15 minutes into trying to order food the girl on the phone couldn’t even figure out the food we were trying to order and just put us on hold without saying anything. We finally got through the order just for them to call us back 5 minutes later and tell us they didn’t get the order put in and we had to restart. I just gave up and we went somewhere else. It’s a shame because it’s the best pizza in town but the people they have working there currently are clueless.

Ordered an extra large combination Pizza with extra cheese and light sauce. This is for delivery and was told it would take 45 to 50 minutes, it ended up taking almost a full hour. Brought the pizza in and sat down open the box and it's very thin, light on the toppings with the exception of olives, does not have extra cheese and it wasn't even really hot any longer just lukewarm. Last time I will order from Pizza Factory. Pizza was pretty much inedible, ate 2 pieces and threw the rest away.

I have been eating this place on and off for over 15 years. Both dine in and take out. There has now been an owner change, and more recently, a management and staff change. I took my kids for their pizza buffet. Their crust is not pizza factory crust. It's like a thin crust or something. Idk why this new owner or management would change a crust that made them stand out above other places in town.

I went to my nieces birthday party yesterday at pizza factory in Carson city. I was with my sister when she set up the time and date with them on the phone. We were probably 30 minutes in and someone came in and was saying we took there room and that they came in and asked if the room was available well it was until 5 pm so they said yes and I think pizza factory handled it very well and did an amazing job. All I have to say is if you want the party room make sure you call in advance and schedule it. The ambiance kinda went down because the other party was upset and I think it's rude but other than that it was amazing as usual!

Wow this place went downhill fast…ever sense the new owner Shanghai’d her entire previous set of staff - food is atrocious, wait times are ridiculous genuinely might aswell just go to dominos at least then you know what you are paying for ??♂️

Called in a pick up for 3 pizzas, the gal answering phone got my number wrong 3 times. She told me 20-25 minutes. Came in 25 minutes later to pick them up. The service was horrible, none of them could tell where the pizzas were. Then they figured out they had not been started. 4 people standing around looking at each other. $80 for three large pizzas and clueless service. Not one of them apologized. Will never go there again.

I arrived at 7:46pm, upon my arrival and this is from my observation, I noticed the staff was just goofing off and standing around. The older lady that was there was helping out a customer. Finally one of the other staff members called me up to the counter and asked if I am there to pick up and order, I said yes. I gave him my name. He then asked everyone in the kitchen if they have my order ready. Come to find out it wasn’t ready at all..The tall dude said oh here’s the ticket. It was just hanging there. Mind you, they were NOT busy at all, so that is not an excuse. The young blonde girls expression pretty much gave it away that they either forgot, or couldn’t care less that they had a ticket sitting there for 30 minutes. The girl said it will be a couple minutes. I was almost about to say forget it, because I knew they didn’t even start it, but I was there because I wanted to support the fundraiser where 15% of their sales is for the safeguard. They literally rushed my order. So 15 more minutes goes by and they finally have it ready; but, what I saw with the staff while waiting was very poor. The older lady was confused about a couple orders, one about one girl not apparently paying and the other about an order that was there for a pick up, but she then said it was supposed to be delivered and then the young blonde girl had to recheck the order that was sitting on top of the oven and said no it says it’s for pick up and the older lady said oh you’re right it is. My bad. All while the other half of the staff looked like a deer with a headlight on them. It was very unorganized in there. I don’t know who the owner is or the manager is of this establishment, but they need to train their staff on better time management and a manager that can actually run the business. The tables and floors were dirty as ever, a couple people just standing around doing nothing, when they should have been cleaning. After seeing all the recent reviews and how similar they are to mine, the poor rating is very bad for business. I’m sure I’ll get the same response as the other reviews, but clearly if it is still happening, nothing is getting done and the owner obviously doesn’t care. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I only gave two stars because the pizza came out pretty decent with how fast they had to get it done.

They do not deserve even a star. Been waiting for over an hour and 30 minutes for a pizza. Called the restaurant and was told 20 more minutes. Staff were not friendly or even sympathetic. I'm sure the owner/Manager doesn't read these but Carson City and surrounding area do . This used to be the best pizza in Carson city under the former manager Desiree and her staff. I do not know the story. But this is not the pizza place to order from now. My recommendation is not to eat here. Costco is better. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA FACTORY CARSON CITY!!!

I don’t know what has changed but tonight was the absolute the worst experience ever. Ordered our pizza online, waited to go pick it up. It should have ready to pick but we were told to wait five more minutes- 20 mins later we were about to ask and we were handed a pizza that had been sitting on the counter- it was cold. When we spoke to the manager it was excuses about cleaning up other folks mistakes. Well the manager was the one who was there the whole time we were. She wanted to make us a new pizza and I said it wasn’t necessary- I’m hungry. She refunded our cost - we did not ask for that either. We took the cold pizza home and warmed it up- there was no normal moisture in the bottom of the box- we will be finding a new place to get our pizza. Very unfortunate.

We went in for dinner we order pepperoni and olive pizza they made it half pepperoni and half olive when I told them that the whole pizza was pepperoni and olive they took the pizza back and just added pepperoni to the olive side and called it good this isn't what bothered me to much it was the fact that when I heard the manager say half and half I had corrected her and they still did it wrong, not just that I had asked for my cups they said they would bring them to my table never got them so I had to go back up there 15mins later to get them myself on top of that when they finally did bring are food we never got plates so I just went to the salad bar to get my own...WORSE experience I've ever had here!!!
