Hay, for a sushi bar with and active pizza oven (also used for mussels and eel ), open to a casino floor with smoking and a sake list served by an Italian restaurant.... it is pretty darn good. Fresh and creative sushi. Great cutters. All u can eat could be death by sushi. Went two times on one trip.
I am an avid sushi lover and have gone to many restrants coast to coast and across seas. Out of all my experiences this is my go to place. Our chef, Ricardo, is a rock star. The rice is beautifully made and fish to rice ratio is on point. Because the limited seating you get a very personal experience with your chef and food is delivered promptly.
