Not many sushi ?? places in Carson City. Everything was good. Don't have to get sushi, they have other Japanese style options.

I have been eating sushi in Carson City for over 30 years, and this is by far the best place to get sushi. Their fish is fresh, their rolls are creative, their sauces are delicious, and they have great appetizers and a nice environment.

First time visiting this place as it wasn't too out of our way traveling on highway 395.It wasn't perfect but it was very darn good. I wish Yelp would let you ad half stars. Let me start by saying the price is very reasonable less than 30$ per person is great value. The inside of the restaurant is very clean and and kind of a family atmosphere. They have 2 flat screens playing sports which is a plus. The salmon nigiri was amazing, and the fish tasted really fresh, especially for being 10+ hours from the ocean. We ordered multiple rolls, the majority of which were very good but the CR7 (I take it named after the greatest football player of all time) lived up to its name, being the best out of all the rolls we had. The service was very nice as well, even though they just mainly bring the sushi and refill drinks. (You write down your own order) they were very attentive and friendly. Needless to say they have earned my business whenever I'm in town and craving sushi.

All-you-can-eat price went up. I figured as much when I went for lunch. What I didn’t expect was for the food to suck. The sushi rolls were so little. Ridiculously little. And to top it off, the sushi cook at the bar said “hey lady” when my sushi was ready. Not going back again!

What a nice sushi spot in Carson City! Offers the usual selection of appetizers/fish, but found unique items such as fried oysters or the Pikachu nigiri. It was a slow night when visiting so our large party received our food very quickly. The quality of the nigiri was fine and the Crunch roll was my favorite. Service was fine as well.I'd say this is a standard sushi joint for the usual dinner price ($31), but it's a good place to have in Carson!

No good sushi, waitress very rude left us sitting for 43 mins no water no menus she have attitude when she come over, she have big problem, who knows. Sushi was a little ok I think it could be more better, I do not give my recommendation review people should go to sushi other place. Thank you Good Day!

Have to put your name in on a “Mini Pass” app for your table. No hello, no drink offer. Waited 30 minutes on a Sunday at 5:00. Sad because the sushi is great here. Won’t be back until they figure out their customer service.

The "All You Can Eat Sushi" combo for lunch and dinner is a solid order to have! Many different and unique types of rolls you can try and they are all very tasty. The matcha (green tea) is also very refreshing. It is very recommended to come if you are finding for a chill atmosphere with gradual creativity of sushi rolls.
This place has gone downhill! Been going here for years. I have eating sushi for 30 years and this was worse than grocery store sushi!!!I went last night, and it was absolutely horrible! The sushi was nasty, had no taste or flavor. And if it had flavor, it did not taste like it used to. I order the same things all the time. They were small and seemed to have the taste of soy sauce on them! I hate soy sauce. I would never order anything with soy sauce on it and I don't add it or use it. My special Nigire (sp?) fell apart, it tasted like soy sauce and the spicy tuna did not taste like spicy tuna.. it tasted like regular tuna, which I don't eat either.. only spicy tuna.... I questioned it and i was old that there is a siracha sauce shortage and that is why it tasted different.. which it was not the reason.. the tuna did not have the chili oil in it to make the spicy tuna.. so overall everything but the yackatoni was gross. The portions were very small. The waitresses were very sweet, so that is who the star goes to!wont be back!

Tried to come here for dinner, google says they're open till 8:30 and we arrived about 7:45, walked in the man that greeted us said they close at 8 and turned us away. I have personally worked at a sushi restaurant before and if you wanna be out of there by 8 then your hours shouldn't be until 8. Needless to say we won't be going back and discovered Sumi sushi, the sushi there was a billion times better and is our new spot. Moral of the story, don't say you close at 8 then turn people away at 7:45..... also normally wouldn't go to a place that close to closing but see picture for their hours on google.... says 8:30 on Sundays. Do better.
