The good: fresh burgers, clean inside and even have some great employees.The not so good: Expensive, fries are only good when fresh and hot, unfortunately you do have employees and management that should not be representing your company, do a better bathroom cleaning and final mention why do only your special deals are on the app? What if you don't it? South Carson City Wendy's managed to get just about everything in our two orders wrong. Had to go back because we were missing sandwiches. Even afterwards found sandwiches made wrong. No bacon on a bacon double stack. Mayonnaise when we requested none. Regular chicken instead of spicy. Soggy fries. Usually like Wendy's.Won't go to that one again. One error is forgivable, everybody makes mistakes, but to have everything but the chicken nuggets done wrong, is inexcusable.

I came to write a good review when I noticed the review before mine. Resorting to racism and referring to a hispanic CHILD as “little edgar” is why you wouldn’t deserve good service. While you have a right to your opinion regarding the service, it’s disgusting to bring a racist stereotype into your review, especially towards a child. Now, on to my actual review, the food is great for a fast food restaurant and the customer service has always been amazing every time I go, I was helped by a younger gentleman who was extremely nice while taking my order and super understanding although I showed up very late close to closing.

I want to start off by saying that every time I have gotten food here, it has been delicious. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Especially tonight. I wanted to use a coupon on my Wendy’s app for Buy One Get One Free for the Baconador. The boy at the window said, very rudely might I add, that “their scanners don’t work” and “he hasn’t seen them work since he started there.” He proceeded to walk away and just would not accommodate my coupon at all. We ended up going home hungry and frustrated. I’m getting real tired of it. If little Edgar doesn’t like his job maybe he should quit.

The drive through box was not set correctly making the person taking orders loud but the customer giving an order was rarely heard. Their online menu doesn't line up with what they have. Their beef is unflavored and greasy while the fries were still frozen. Definitely not the same place it used to be and should have listened to my daughter and just got McDonald's.

Ghost pepper sauce was delicious and not over-spicy. The new pumpkin spice frosty was wonderful and lasted the whole drive to G-ville. The burger was quality and service was too. ? ?Parking: Locstion has diagonal parking against building and wall. It also has a huge dirt lot behind the gas station you could park a Uhaul or large trailer while you eat. Just be careful exiting.Kid-friendliness: Various seating in the restaurant. No play area or toys that I could see. Does have tables, booth, benches, bar, fireplace... so pleanty of seating options and food/drinks for kids.

I went to the drive-thru on a Saturday just before noon. There was a short line and not many cars in the parking lot. I placed my order of a Wendy's double meal upsizing to large fry and large chocolate Frosty along with a frosty Junior as I have the key tag. The cashier informed me the cost was $11.00 and change and for me to pull forward. When I got up to the window I gave them my credit card and they rang up 19.25 so I said that that was not the correct price. After discussing it they refunded $6 and change which I told them it should be more like eight dollars. After about 5 minutes of discussion I had an appointment to get to so I told them I would accept the $6 and change and they were going to give me a receipt along with my food. I sat there for another 5 minutes and finally had to go to my appointment so I left the facility without any food or receipt. I did email corporate Wendy's which I never heard anything back. I used to enjoy eating at Wendy's but I will never return to this location again.

If I could rate it lower than one star I definitely would. Because of this place I will never go back to Wendy's restaurants. The service has become the worst to the point that they can't even get your meal order right and when you correct them they argue and don't refund the correct amount. Then they take forever to get your food to you. My last visit to the drive-thru was so poor I left without the food. Recent prior visits the fries were not hot as they advertise and the burgers weren't all that great either. At least most of the time they had frosties. I did message corporate Wendy's about it and no response like they don't even care.

Food was great. Hot and exactly what I ordered. Pumpkin spice frosty is amazing! They ran out of some drinks in the front but the manager was happy to get them from the back. Very busy lunch rush but he did a great job getting everyone their food quickly. Kid at the register seemed to hate his job though, wouldn't hurt him to be a little bit nicer. But overall a good experience
