Spring rolls were good and service was fast but other then that food was cold and didn't taste the way it should.

Tried this restaurant out yesterday for lunch. It was just ok. I really enjoyed the egg roll. It was freshly fried and stuffed with a good amount of filling. The hot and sour soup was enjoyable as well. I had the tofu and mixed vegetables as an entree and the sauce was pretty tasty. Very garlicky. The tofu itself was pretty uninspired. Just lightly cooked unseasoned blocks of plain tofu. This dish could gain a lot from frying or baking the tofu first. The vegetables themselves was a lot of onion stems and bok choy stems with a couple pieces of broccoli. Can't beat the prices for the amount of food you get. Wish they served beer.

Exterior and interior are clean and in good repair. Service is fast. The food is stunningly good! The Mongolian Beef was excellent. The spring rolls and pot stickers are hand made in restaurant. The custard bao is phenom! The hot and sour soup is great! The Kung Pao Celery was misspelled "Kung Pao Chicken", but they can't be absolutely perfect.

Outstanding food! Reasonable prices and great service. Just did two items from the dinner menu. $10.50 for dinner on a Saturday night and it tasted delicious?! Can't beat it! We are not only coming back we are bringing our friends. Good selections on the menu and good varieties. Thanks so much, we enjoyed our dinner immensely.

We stopped by here for dinner and ordered a la carte the Moo Shoo Pork and House Combination Pan Fried Noodles with an order of Hot & Sour soup, our bill came to $33. The portions were huge, allowing us to have another meal the next day. The restaurant ambiance was a little off, it was like we were eating in the back kitchen area.....which maybe we were, as we entered the place from the side door and not the door on the corner. The flavor of the meal was solid and done well. Still looking for the best Asian style food in our new area.

Got two dinners to share between 3 people and it was more random enough food for us. Super good and quick service. Nice employees as well.

I know I know, this place is just the typical American Chinese food. But hey I don't mind at all. It's not because their prices are cheap, but actually their food aren't that bad and tasteless compare the other old Chinese restaurant in town. I ordered for delivery and also to go. I like their shrimp dumplings. The filling were full. The chowmein and chow fun were also tasty. I ordered lunch special menu which was chicken something curry with chowmein, and it had a very good curry flavor. The tofu veggies was also one of my favorite. I love tofu and the sauce was very thick and flavorful. The appetizer BBQ pork was also yummy, I usually order this one and eat it with noodles or fried rice. Their wonton soup also good, but sometimes the broth quite plain, need sprinkled with salt, but the wonton itself were the bomb, flavor meat and not much ginger flavor. Egg fu young was very yummy and delicious! They're surely have the best egg fu young! If you'd like the Chinese mustard just go asks for it and they will give you more than what you need, luckily I never have that experience they're run out of Chinese mustard hah! The owner Yang is always friendly and he also delivered my order twice. The price are not pricey at all. Service always great.

Christmas Eve my family has a tradition of going out to dinner since I go over the top cooking Christmas brunch and dinner. Since the weather was so foul on Christmas Eve, we decided to order dinner in from Yang's Kitchen. Ordered online and my son pick up the meal. Amazingly the food was still hot when he returned with the food. Meal was enjoyable but I felt the pricing was a little high; for 4 adults the meal came to $82. But no dishes to deal with which was worth it. We ordered Chow Mein, Egg Foo Yung, "General Chicken", Sweet & Sour Pork, Mongolian Beef, Pot Stickers & Egg Rolls. Only real complaint is there was not enough sauce on the Sweet & Sour Pork, General Chicken & Mongolian Beef.

It's a good place to go in a pinch. Atmosphere can be better. Service can be better. Food is decent.

Went for Pho soup even though this is not a Vietnamese restaurant and was pleasantly surprised at the generous portions of meat and vegetables. No hoisin sauce and used egg noodles, but for Carson City, a very good value and prices very reasonable since the pandemic inflation massacre. A decent place with decent prices. Try it out.

Egg Foo Young, Roasted Duck and Dim Sum. Outstanding! Here in Carson and had to try. I may even drive down from Reno if the Chinese Duck House is closed and I need a fix. Excellent waitress - cooks and atmosphere. Hot tasty food. You gotta try Yangs.

They ran out of fun for beef chow fun, oh well that happens even in the other restaurants. I ordered the Singapore rice noodles instead. I can hear the woks at work but it didn't reflect in the Singapore rice noodle dish, it didn't seem like there was enough "wok hei" simply translated there was not enough heat used to stir fry. The Singapore rice noodle dish was quite a generous portion size, not at all spicy enough for me. They don't seem to have chili oil or Chinese mustard when I first ordered the chow fun and find out they were out of fun, they were also lacking white pepper which is essential for Chinese dishes. The Singapore rice noodle dish was okay but not outstanding. I also ordered the wonton soup, that was a huge disappointment. The wonton's themselves were bland, it could have stood some flavour and maybe some shrimp in the muxture. The vegetable accompaniment were acceptable, they included napa cabbage, carrots, canned bamboo shoots, mushrooms and green onion. The broth needs kick like a chicken stock base and sesame oil. I can't tell from what I tried tonight to conclusively write them off intil I try their beef chow fun another day. They were not bad but lacked enthusiasm in the cooking method and flavour.

The steamed rice here is amazing... more on this later. Im here for the half-duck which is great and the sushi here is good too. I've ordered several of the rice dinners... beef and the curry. I didn't really like them fresh but they actually improved the next day. The curry had too much onion which really watered the curry down. Im sure the saving grace was the proper steamed rice they make at this location. Half duck! Ok. This really shines here. This is a decently sized duck. Large breasts... and they leave all the fatty bits that just makes it so delicious. Some places remove some of the bits... but not this place! Yum. The steamed rice here would meet my mom's strict old world Japanese tastes and standards... first world native Japanese standards. I get my super picky rice standards from her. Rice is the amazing base of many traditional poor people needs and this place is usually spot on. More than many Asian restaurants I've been to in my life. I get an extra side order of it every time I go.
