Came here on a spontaneous visit to Dayton just cause I've never been there. Super casual taphouse where it seemed like locals all knew each other. The food took a while to come but I was ok waiting in the cozy restaurant. They didn't have vegetarian burgers when we went due to some shipping issues. The waiter said he could ask the chef to cook me up a vegetarian mushroom burger and charge me 75% of the cheapest burger they had. The reviews on this place are accurate! Great atmosphere, good people and the food is amazing! Everything is made from scratch and my compliments to the chef. We had the bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, the fried zucchini with a German hamburger and loved all of it. The iced tea was refreshing. This is now my favorite restaurant and I’m grateful we stumbled across it. Chris, the bartender was friendly and very sweet.
