I have tried several time to place my orders online. Web page keeps saying my billing address is not valid. When you try to place an order by phone the number is disconnected. This issue has happened several time in a year. New owner needs to get this fixed. Missing out on a lot of orders. I am not the only one with this problem.
Haven't been to this Subway in a long time. Decided to give them a go because we got coupons in the mail. The service was extremely slow. There was only one person in front of me and I was waiting for 20 minutes. The guy making the sandwiches literally took two minutes just to put his gloves on while he stared out the window. When It was finally time to pay, the wouldn't take their own coupon. Food was OK at best. Wont be going back.

I went at about 5pm to get a sandwich and the website said they were open till 9pm, as well as the lights being on. When I got there, the door was locked and a worker said they weren't open, even though they clearly were. I asked for a reason and he just slammed the door on me. I love Subway's food, but if this is how their employees act, I'd rather go to Jersey Mikes. 1/5, very disappointed.
