Five stars for the staff alone. The woman who took our order was very nice. The kitchen made a mistake on one of the pizzas, realized it before it came to our table, and immediately remade it. Then came over to let us know the situation. Within 10 minutes we had the fixed pizza and a complimentary cookie. Did an online order, about an hour later no food so I called to see if their online ordering process was down, and the firstlady on the phone hung up on me so i called again an the next lady told me they were closed, and this was at 530 p.m. on a Wednesday!!
Went to go dine in and have pizza in the restaurant area we was not acknowledged so we assumed we seat ourselves so we proceeded to find a seat when one of the male workers yelled at us that we needed to order upfront before we could even go sit down Telling us "AND ITS GONNA BE 30 MIN OR BETTER BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN EAT!"The guys customer service skills are terrible ? its not our fault he hates his job. ? needless to say he caused yet Another customer to refuse to go back to this...read full review
