The manager yelled to the front to MAKE us use the kiosk, which we already had, and were paying with cash. I have never minded using kiosks to order. However, the payment process was difficult, and Jeff was very clear about what needed to happen, and I appreciate his efforts and acknowledgments. He told the manager what the problem was and how it could be fixed while she continued to yell over him.
