Great place for an afternoon lunch either indoors or outdoors on the patio in this quaint, historic old home. Top notch food that doesn’t disappoint. Fresh ingredients. Old time charm.

Soup was cold, $13 grilled cheese was uninspired and dry. I was told, as food was coming out, that what I ordered was gone. Ate the side they had since I did not want to wait for something else to be made while the soup got colder. Not worth the price. They need to up their game or lower prices. Very attractive and lovely spot to eat, I’m guessing most of these high rating are a result of this.

We had sort of a brunch here the service and food was very good. Get here early as you may have to wait.
We have been really excited to try this place and stopped by today. We waited (at the front of the line) to be seated for over 20 minutes without even being acknowledged by the staff who continually walked by and wouldn't even make eye contact with us. The line was to the street behind us, and several people left before we did and could not believe the lack of service. They may have been understaffed, but to not even come and greet a customer and at least take their name and give a wait time is extremely rude and poor management. I'm really disappointed because I was so excited to try them out. I'm not sure if we'll try again.

I have gone to The Pink House several times in the past and enjoyed it. I was quite disappointed by my first experience here under their new ownership. We had a larger party and right away there was confusion about how the bill could be split and it was poorly explained. We were told the bill could not be itemized at all and if credit cards were to be used, they could only take 3 and it could only be split evenly. I wouldn't recommend for groups unless one person is footing the whole bill.I ordered a pizza and about 10 minutes later, the waitress came and told me they were out of that kind of pizza. I ordered a different pizza. I was the very last person in our group to get my food and that was only after we asked about it. The waitress was fairly inattentive. We had to ask for more water multiple times and she checked on us infrequently. Everyone who ordered a dessert had ice cream added on (for an extra fee) without being asked. I ordered dessert, but never received it. And at the end of the meal, I had to ask for a to go box 5 different times before receiving one! We also had to hunt down our bill as it was not forthcoming and the slow service meant our brunch date had turned into a 3 hour event. The food was fairly good. The atmosphere was nice, outside with live music playing, but the service was awful. The waitress did a poor job and didn't really seem to care.I will hesitate before coming back here again and certainly not with any group bigger than 4.I was sadly disappointed in my visit. This used to be a special treat for me to go here. Now it's somewhere I'll avoid.

The Pink House has not only great food, but on the weekends it also has live local music outside while you dine. The music was good. See their website for the band and times. Next time we will go again. The drive was beautiful driving through farm country. The scenery was breath taking. I recommend this place and the whole town is a great place to visit. Go walk around and take a camera you will love it.

The location is very nice but the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other speak. The owner said that turning the music down was "not possible" which made the birthday gathering strained. The one bathroom had no lock for the door. Won't go there again, as she obviously doesn't care for her customers. Not sure why two musicians trump a table of six, but her attitude definitely conveyed her disdain for our having traveled so far to recapture the prior owner's warm hospitality... The Pink House's rebirth is definitely a failure.
